  went here with my mother when she had an issue with her phone, it was a quite day, he was the only guy manning the store and it wasn't busy at all, not that the mall has been busy in the last few years anyway but we were the only people there. all my mother did was ask a question that could have been handled a lot better by a simply "sorry i can not do that" but from the start the guy goes on practically shouting that "he can lose his job"..... the impression i got from the man behind the sales counter was that he did not want to be bothered and definitely did not want to help with my mothers issue...
